Senior Manager, Influencer and Brand Partnerships

Amplification · Minneapolis, Minnesota
Department Amplification
Employment Type Full time
Minimum Experience Senior Manager/Supervisor

There aren’t many “real“ jobs that will take you from the beaches of Art Basel to the fields of Coachella.

This is one of them.

Fast Horse, an award-winning, integrated creative agency, is hiring a Senior Manager of Influencer and Brand Partnerships to join our growing team. We’re looking someone with at least five years of experience and a comprehensive knowledge of the ever-changing influencer and celebrity landscape. Pop culture junkies, YouTube fanatics and trendwatchers – we’re looking at you.

This job is ideal for someone who has worked in the influencer or celebrity space and has an interest in keeping up with the latest industry trends, forming relationships with content creators/agents and orchestrating best-in-class collaborations for major brands.

Fast Horse is an independent, truly integrated agency built to unlock maximum value for our clients and potential in our people. No working in silos or fighting for a seat at the table. No competing interests or incentives. One office designed for integrated teams, not individual departments. Ideas come from everyone and they are optimized for earned, shared, owned and paid media from the outset.

To that end, successful candidates must have the ability and desire to work closely with account services, strategy, creative, social, media relations, paid media and other disciplines to conceive campaigns and flawlessly bring them to life.

We need someone who combines a strategic approach and creative thinking with the ability to manage large-scale influencer programs from start to finish. As someone working in a client-facing position, you’ll need to possess a strong attention to detail, a knack for finding new and emerging talent, and an eye for content that will resonate with consumers. Experience working in other disciplines (social, media relations, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing influencer and celebrity strategies for clients under the leadership of the Director of Influencer and Brand Partnerships
  • Contributing to the creation of integrated campaigns and leading elements related to brand partnerships
  • Identifying and vetting influencer and celebrity partners
  • Negotiating and contracting influencers and celebrities
  • Managing influencer, celebrity and creator relationships
  • Day-to-day execution and monitoring of influencer campaigns
  • Leading meetings, brainstorming, preparing client documents and presentations
  • Advising clients and clients on best practices
  • Developing internal processes and updating internal systems to ensure we have the latest industry metrics and information
  • Managing campaign budgets
  • Reporting results to clients on a regular basis based on KPIs determined in strategy work
  • Participating in agency marketing and new business efforts
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of current and new social media platforms
  • Staying up to date on cultural trends and celebrity and influencer talent
  • Driving innovation in our work
  • Contributing to a culture and environment that fosters professional and personal growth for all employees

Fast Horse is an independent, integrated creative agency. Our work is grounded in organizing ideas that are disruptive, integrated and have the ability to connect in ways that are highly relevant and spur action. Clients like The Coca-Cola Company, Heineken, General Mills, Deluxe Corporation and many more trust us with their most high-profile initiatives.

Campaigns we’ve executed in the last few years have been recognized as the best in the industry. We’ve earned multiple Effie Awards for our work with Newcastle Brown Ale and Diet Coke. We’ve also collected a Cannes Lion two years in a row – proudly placing more coveted ad industry awards in a trophy case already filled with the PR industry’s most sought-after honors, including Silver Anvils, PR Week Awards and SABREs.

Workplace/Compensation

Our workplace and culture give our people the flexibility and resources to thrive personally and professionally. Our award-winning headquarters in the Minneapolis North Loop neighborhood is set up to facilitate communication and collaboration and our team members are untethered by a designated office or desk.

We offer highly competitive salaries, a cafeteria healthcare plan, 401K, and a variety of stipends, among other benefits and perks.
