At the center of it all are Integrated Team Leads who are responsible for the overall success of our work. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of agency experience leading accounts and projects and a deep knowledge of all facets of integrated campaigns. We’re looking for students of the industry who can serve as the voice of the client and set the standard for excellence for our work and client service.

  • Lead integrated campaigns and/or projects with budgets ranging from $1 million-$5 million, exclusive of paid media
  • Make Fast Horse is an indispensable partner and trusted resource to our clients
  • Develop deep understanding of clients’ business and needs
  • Display a strong grasp of strategy, creative and amplification (paid/earned/owned media) disciplines, along with the ability to push the work at every turn
  • Ensure all work is “on brief,” on budget and meets established KPIs
  • Work closely with Integrated Producers to ensure the quality and efficiency of overall campaigns
  • Spot opportunities and challenges before clients do and bring them unsolicited ideas and solution
  • Understand how every choice impacts our business and that of our clients
  • Immerse yourself in the workings of our disciplines, our process and become an expert on how true integration can produce amazing work, and bring value to our clients and people
  • Ensure that our work is flawless, that we’ve pushed ourselves as far as we can, and that everything that goes out the door meets the highest standard of excellence
  • Routinely show a broad and deep team to client contacts and continuously reinforce our integrated proposition
  • Ensure that only the best work is sold in and make sure it stays sold in
  • Serve as the leader and architect of new business efforts
  • Serve as a driver of the Fast Horse vision
  • Establish yourself as a national thought leader and proponent of the Fast Horse proposition
  • Step outside of your comfort zone at work and in everyday life
